Meet the Mynx
Designed to minimize pain, the Mynx uses an extravascular, bio-inert
sealant to provide immediate hemostasis of the puncture site. The Mynx
can be used in a wide range of challenging cases typically not closed
with existing devices.
The Mynx is currently available in two sizes:

Patient-Friendly Closure
Gentle Deployment.
The Mynx device is deployed gently, avoiding cinching and
tugging of the artery. During deployment, the sealant is placed on the
outside of the artery without the use of a suture or permanent metal
implant.
Helps Minimize Ooze. Once deployed on top of the arteriotomy, the sealant rapidly absorbs blood and subcutaneous fluids, and expands inside the tissue tract. Both the arterial puncture and tissue tract are sealed, minimizing ooze.

Extravascular
Seals on Contact.
The Mynx sealant provides a durable hemostasis by placing the
sealant on the surface of the artery, sealing both the arteriotomy and
the tissue tract.
Leaves Without a Trace. The sealant dissolves completely through hydrolysis within 30 days, leaving nothing behind but a healed artery.

Clinically Versatile
Preserving Vessel Integrity.
The Mynx goes through the existing procedural sheath,
eliminating a sheath exchange and thereby avoiding potential tissue
trauma and tract expansion.
No Intravascular Components.
The Mynx sealant is delivered to the surface of the vessel, leaving behind no intravascular components.
