STEP 1 - DEPLOY THE BALOON

Achieve temporary hemostasis at the arteriotomy


STEP 2 - PLACE THE SEALANT

Deliver and un-sleeve the sealant, exposing it to blood and subcutaneous fluids:

  • The Mynx Cadence device provides extravascular closure through targeted placement of the original Mynx Sealant over the arteriotomy, producing a durable hemostasis.
  • The MynxGrip device utilizes the MynxGrip Sealant, which effectively grips the artery and provides active, extravascular closure.


STEP 3 - REMOVE THE DEVICE

Deflate the balloon and remove device. The sealant is now on the surface of the arteriotomy, providing a platform for natural vessel healing.


FINAL RESULT

Within 30 days, the sealant dissolves, leaving nothing behind but a healed artery.
