AccessClosure, Inc., has established and is committed to maintaining a program designed to comply with applicable state and federal laws and industry standards related to the marketing and promotion of its products. Our compliance program is designed in accordance with the Compliance Program Guidance published by the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as well as the Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals (the AdvaMed Code) published by the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed). The AccessClosure Compliance Program has been established by senior management and is supported by our Board of Directors.
